Aimed at those individuals who are visiting Cozumel and would like a bit more information on topics such as where to eat and what to do, Destination Cozumel.com is here to help you get the most out of your stay here on this wonderful Caribbean Island.

Cozumel is Mexico's largest Caribbean Island at about 30 miles long and 10 miles wide. It is situated 6.2 miles off the mainland and lies around 56 miles south of Cancun. San Miguel, which is Cozumel's only town, lies on the western shore of the Island facing the mainland. San Miguel de Cozumel is host to the vast majority of the Islands population (77,236 in 2010), which is not surprising when you consider that a large amount of the Island is covered by dense jungle.
